MCCA AFTER DARK!

Hello, MCCA Family!

I hope your Spring semester has been fabulous so far! We are looking forward to so many amazing upcoming Spring performances and our recently-announced Summer Season.

One event that we are particularly excited for is MCCA After Dark - our FIRST EVER Adult Cabaret night!

MCCA After Dark is a special evening that is bound to bring tons of fun and laughter! We get so much joy in creating a full season of family-friendly content and events, and we LOVE working with our students.

But we think it’s about time for the adults to have some fun, too! MCCA After Dark will be presented by adults, for adults. 

All performers and audience members will be 18 and older, which gives us a chance to showcase some great numbers that wouldn’t normally be seen in our family-friendly season.

This delightful cabaret will include the MCCA Staff, Alumni, and some of our Adult classes. MCCA After Dark will feature a variety of popular songs and numbers from your favorite Broadway shows - including

Rent, Heathers, Avenue Q, First Date, Urinetown and more!

This is a great opportunity for MCCA parents and adult community members to enjoy an evening of song, dance and silliness!

MCCA After Dark is a fundraiser for our non-profit foundation - Beyond the Stage. 

Beyond the Stage is dedicated to enhancing the lives of children and adults through the Arts. Our mission is to provide professional performance and artistic opportunities, quality education, personal growth and financial assistance to the community of artists in our area. Contributions made to the Beyond the Stage Foundation are tax deductible, allow us to provide scholarships for youth and adult students, and help us provide more performance opportunities for all.

MCCA After Dark will be on Saturday, April 29th in MCCA’s Studio 4 performance space. Doors will open at 7:30pm. Tickets are $15 per person, and we will be offering a cash bar and complimentary snacks.
