Mountain City Center for the Arts (MCCA) proudly celebrates a standout showing at the Junior Theatre Festival (JTF), the world’s largest celebration of young people performing musical theatre.

On March 30th, MCCA held its 5th JumpStart Theatre Celebration! An all-day theatre celebration where all of the JumpStart schools come together to share in the magic of theatre. Students spent the morning in music, acting, and dance workshops.

Ms. Liz chose Caroline as the student shout-out because she works incredibly hard every week and isn’t afraid to challenge herself! Caroline takes feedback seriously and applies it right away in her voice lessons.

Ms. Kelly chose JT because he is such a polite young gentleman.
