Our class parties are available for $20 per person, with a minimum requirement of 5 participants and a maximum of 10. For those needing space, we have studio rental options available: a one-hour studio rental costs $100, while a two-hour rental is $200. Additionally, we provide various upgrades to enhance your party experience, each available for an extra $50. When you rent a space at Mountain City Center for the Arts (MCCA), you have a 30-minute window both before and after your allotted time for setup and cleanup. This is designed to give you ample time to prepare for your event or program and ensure everything is tidied up afterward. However, if you exceed these 30-minute periods, additional fees will apply. Specifically, a charge of $15 will be added for every 15 minutes over the allocated setup and cleanup time. Failure to make the payment by this deadline will result in the cancellation of your event and it being marked null and void.

Yes, at all events, an MCCA staff member will be present to assist you. The staff member will let you in 30 minutes prior to the event, help with any questions during the event, and close up 30 minutes after the event. However, please note that the staff is only there to oversee the event unless you purchase the "Set up and clean up" upgrade for $50, which will provide additional assistance for organizing and tidying up before and after your event. This ensures that your event at Mountain City Center for the Arts runs smoothly and allows you to focus on enjoying the occasion.
