Additionally, we provide various upgrades to enhance your party experience, each available for an extra $50. How is payment made for events at MCCA?After you submit your deposit and event request to Mountain City Center for the Arts (MCCA), you will receive an acceptance email. This email will contain additional event-specific information and your final invoice. All payments must be processed through our invoicing system. To ensure your event is secured, full payment is required no later than two weeks prior to the event date. Failure to make the payment by this deadline will result in the cancellation of your event and it being marked null and void.

Will there be staff at our party?Yes, at all events, an MCCA staff member will be present to assist you. The staff member will let you in 30 minutes prior to the event, help with any questions during the event, and close up 30 minutes after the event. However, please note that the staff is only there to oversee the event unless you purchase the "Set up and clean up" upgrade for $50, which will provide additional assistance for organizing and tidying up before and after your event. This ensures that your event at Mountain City Center for the Arts runs smoothly and allows you to focus on enjoying the occasion.
