Who would play you in a movie and why?: I would love to be played by none other than Sandra Bullock. I love her spunk and feel she would depict my personality well.

What is your favorite part of being an MCCA Teacher? I love being a part of team that not only encourages and supports one another, but one that pushes each other to be better. I also love seeing each student grow in their own artistic way, and seeing their faces light up on stage. I have been a student at MCCA since the very beginning and am so excited to be back, on the other side of the stage!

As an MCCA Alumni, Quinn is super excited to be back in her favorite place, teaching alongside the instructors who shaped her into the woman and performer she is today! Quinn has been dancing for 14 years and was a student at MCCA from the very beginning. After graduating high school, she began studying at Towson University where she participated in the Allure Dance Team. With the team, she performed at various campus and community events. She then moved home to continue her education at Frostburg State, where she is currently studying Business and Psychology. Upon moving home, she began teaching at the center, with her first role being the choreographer for MCCA’s production of Legally Blonde Junior in the Spring.
Quinn has trained in numerous styles of dance including Ballet, Tap, Jazz, Contemporary, Acro and Musical Theater. Quinn was also a member of Mountain City’s cast of Shrek and Into the Woods, where she attended the Junior Theater Festival and trained alongside numerous performing arts’ professionals.
Quinn has performed in numerous theatrical productions in the area. Her favorite roles include being Ms. Meers in Mountain Ridge’s production of Thoroughly Modern Millie (2018) and the Witch in MCCA’s production of Shrek Jr. (2019)
Quinn could not be more grateful to be back in her hometown, doing what she loves and is so excited to see what the future of MCCA holds!
